2nd International Young Members Group Meeting
The updated programme for the 2nd International Young Members Group Meeting is available online! It will take place right after the fib PhD Symposium in Prague. You can attend the first evening of the 2nd International Young Members Group Meeting for free!
The fib thinks that it is crucial that young professionals be given the opportunity to participate fully in the activities of the organisation. They are welcome to take part in Commissions and Task Groups and to become part of the decision bodies. The Young Members Group aims to build a framework that will allow young engineers to participate in the activities of the association and to bring their ideas to the working groups and the decision bodies.
The speakers include Hugo Corres Peiretti (fib President), Tor Ole Olsen (fib Deputy President), Harald S. Müller (Past President of the fib), Mr Jiri Kolisko (Director of KI and Czech Concrete Society) and Mr Jan Vítek (Chair of the fib Commission 2 “Design & Analysis”).
You will be able to meet the key members of the fib YMG: Mr Abraham Sánchez (Spain, Mr Nicola Tosic (Serbia), Mr Graham Webb (UK), Ms Helga Synnove Kjos-Hanssen (Norway), Mr Sandor Solyom (Hungary) and Mr Andreas Sjaastad (Norway).
