Join us for the 2025 fib International Symposium on Conceptual Design of Concrete Structures, which will take place from 14 to 16 May 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The conceptual design of structures is at the heart of the design process and when the most fundamental and influential decisions are made for a project. It merges experience, intuition, tradition, site constraints, technical solutions, and, above all, the designers' genius and sensitivity.

The first edition was held in Spain (2019), followed by Switzerland (2021) and Norway (2023).
